• Identification number, such as social security number, organization number
• Financial information in connection with ongoing financial reporting, annual report, declaration information
• Payroll information about employees (name, social security number, address), absence, holidays, health, medical certificate
• Union affiliation
• Information about membership in the Church of Sweden

Purpose of the treatment
The purpose of the processing is to fulfill our agreements with customers and fulfill legal requirements in connection with bookkeeping, payroll processing and declaration work.

How long is your data stored?
V Fischer Redovisningsbyrå AB saves the personal data as long as you are a customer or otherwise up to 1 year.

Sharing of data
Your data is treated confidentially and is only disclosed to third parties to carry out the purposes listed above. Such parties then consist of suppliers of services necessary for V Fischer Redovisningsbyrå AB’s operation, maintenance and sending via e-mail.
